Combined Credit Union Legally Recognized as Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union

LIVE OAK, Texas, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) has completed its merger with Oklahoma City-based True Sky Federal Credit Union, marking an expansion of RBFCU’s footprint into The Sooner State.

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) approved the merger between RBFCU and True Sky in May, and True Sky members voted overwhelmingly in favor of the merger, granting final approval in August.

Effective today, Oct. 1, 2026, the combined credit union is legally recognized as a single entity, RBFCU.

The combined credit union will serve a membership of more than 1.1 million approaching $20 billion in assets and continue a legacy of service both organizations have championed for more than 70 years.
